Withdrawing Funds Back to Your Wallet
When you're ready to pull money out, the withdrawal section is in the same cashier you used to deposit. We route payouts back to the payment method you funded with — so a PayPal deposit means a PayPal payout, keeping the paper trail clean and your account secure. Venmo and Play+ withdrawals follow the same matched-method logic. Verification must be complete before
we release a withdrawal, which protects your account from unauthorized requests. Processing time depends on your method and any pending review steps on our end.
- Go to the Withdrawal Section — Open the cashier and select withdraw. Your eligible payout methods appear based on your deposit history — matched method policy applies.
- Choose Your Payout Method — Select PayPal, Venmo, or Play+ from the list. Amounts must fall within the limits shown on your account's withdrawal screen.
- Enter Amount and Complete Verification — Input the withdrawal amount. If your identity verification is pending, you'll see a prompt to complete it before the request processes.
- Request Submitted — Once confirmed, we queue your withdrawal for review. You'll receive an account notification when the payout moves to your method.
